Start Your Day Positively

There’s no doubt that the way we start the day is going to impact our whole day.
I’ve been on this conscious journey for several years now, and what I’ve noticed is that I start my day (any day) in a very different fashion from how I used to do prior to my awakening.
It obviously didn’t happen all at once- it was a crescendo, a series of epiphanies and little steps that brought me where I am today. And the best part of all of this is that I didn’t do anything in particular to make it happen. It happened naturally.

For all my life, as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning, no exception, I used to feel my body aching somewhere. The first thing I focused upon used to be some form of pain- physical or emotional.
