Today I'm sharing this vlog I filmed this Autumn, during one of my Morning Walks in Nature.

My Morning Walk is one of my intentional radical self-care and self-love practices, that I use to create my own sunshine.

Below you'll find some of the things I do when I'm outside, that create a powerful positive energy and momentum in my life, and that you can do, too.

How I create my peace and my own sunshine during my Morning Walk:

1. I create stillness, and savor the energy of peace. I intentionally choose places that are quiet and that are going to offer me the opportunity to find stillness and peace. I'm not going to the mall or busy places, but I rather prefer to walk in Nature, or if I have to run some errands downtown, then I always walk on secondary roads. I savor the quiet, tranquillity, and sense of peace outside and inside myself. In a sense, I amplify the energy of peace. If you're not peaceful in the first place, you can NOT create peace in your life! (My tip if you're anxious or discombobulated, is to work on points #3 and #5 of this list! ;)).

2. I stay present, and deliberately bring myself back to the present moment- again and again and again. A Morning Walk is a wonderful opportunity to practice and train yourself to stay present. I notice, I pay attention. I notice and pay attention to my thoughts and feelings first and foremost, to what shows up in my world (that is an indicator of your energy and of what you should work on), and I notice and pay attention to the Beauty and the Good in this world and in my life.

2.  I practice gratitude. I count my blessings, I focus on them and am thankful for them! If you have some sort of trouble in your life, go out for a Morning Walk and count your blessings, and it's going to dissolve your troubles. 3. I clean my energy. This part is a biggie in creating your own happiness and wellbeing, and living on your own terms. There are a lot of methods to do energy cleaning, and I speak about this in detail in "Transformation Time: Cocoon in the Darkness to Grow Your Wings", my online course. You can use basically whatever method you believe in to release negativity, for example meditation, using the energy of Nature, using affirmations, walking under the rain (even with an umbrella, no problem!) and let it cleanse you, passing on your troubles to God (or any energetic Power you believe in) to be released and transmuted. The important point here is: believing that it is done (in whatever way you're choosing). Period.

5. I empower and inspire myself. I read inspiring books that I find synchronically or I am intuitively guided to read. All the books that I read and study have appeared in my life in this "magical" way! :) I do my inner work, learn new things, do daily deep journaling, memorize phrases that inspire me and put my heart at peace, and repeat them in my mind often.
