A milkshake with banana, frozen red berries and cottage cheese, served with a chia & oat crispbread.

Years ago I highly simplified my life by deciding that it's OK to eat unconventional meals that I had never eaten before and that are not in my family traditions, that it's OK to only eat what I want to eat and my body is happy with, and that it's OK to not cook everyday. 

A smoothie bowl or milkshake with fresh cheese, accompanied by some kind of bread at times, is my perfect go-to lunch when I don't want to cook or interrupt the flow of of my day.

It keeps me nourished, satisfied and full until my afternook break!
