MY JUST SHOW UP WATERCOLOR JOURNALING & SKETCHING CHALLENGE 2025: DAY 6

 ⎨My "Just Show Up" Watercolor Journaling & Sketching Challenge 2025: day 6⎬

In this next spread, I went for my Morning Walk with my sketchbook. I experimented using a black pencil to draw, instead of normal graphite, and I drew what I saw that day.

First I went to the rose garden, had a nice stroll around and chat with the gardener, and I ended up sitting on a bench to draw and write my journal entry (all that I wrote has been written on location, I basically complete my pages outside even when I don't have my watercolors with me).

Then I went to the local café for a cappuccino and croissant, and I noticed the lovely blue shutters and old lanterns fixed to the facade of the building... and I wanted to draw them, too! So I did a second spread, that I then finished watercoloring at home.

I completed the pages by gluing down the receipt from the café and the wrap of a very delicious chocolate that came with my cappuccino! Soo good! :)
