⎨My "Just Show Up" Watercolor Journaling & Sketching Challenge 2025: day 18⎬
It's market day in my sketchbook! :)
Zinnias and sunflowers are definitely two of my favorite things to buy!
By now my daily (or so) sketching practice had already become very natural for me, and I did it spontaneously and freely, and especially, effortlessly. No stress, no doubts, no ovethinking of the process or need to have a certain outcome. Just easy and joyful and that's it!
I can still vividly remember the day I painted this... pure JOY!! I let the flowers come alive on my page with very bold brush strokes and bright colors!
