⎨DIY natural Christmas centerpiece⎬
This natural Christmas centerpiece is one of my favorite centerpieces I've ever made in my life!
I don't know why, because it's actually so simple... nothing excessive or sophisticated. But probably, it's precisely the reason why I love it so much.
As usual, I put it together spontaneously and going with the flow, without having an outcome in mind. I gathered things that I loved- a basket, foraged greenery, cinnamon, baker's twine, homemade star cookies, and a handmade soy candle I made. And voila'! The perfect centerpiece for my Christmas table was born!
If you want to make your own, just be sure to line the basket with plastic before inserting pieces of florist's sponge soaked in water.
This centerpiece lasts long, you can simply replace the fresh roses when they fade, or remove them altogether, and keep the green centerpiece only. Also oranges or red apples can be used instead of red roses, for a cheaper and more durable alternative.
